Springsure was going to be an overnight stop but it proved
fairly interesting so we allowed for another day there.
We visited the famous Mr Will's grave. It was another Wills (not the one you or we first of) and proved to be a sad story of a massacre in 1861.
Next day we visited Fort Rainworth featuring a fort built in 1862 (or was it just a stone store house)?
