Keep River

After driving past this national park a couple of times in our previous trips we decided it was time to visit Keep River NP.  We enjoyed a couple of great walks including an early morning 8km trek.  The scenery has bee hive rock formations reminiscent of the Bungles, many towering red escarpments and river flood plains.

Even after a poor wet season there was still water in Cockatoo Lagoon with a good display of water lilies and bird life.
